1. Our Services

Accura Gold provides analytical and testing services for ores, minerals, and related materials, including but not limited to fire assay, trace element analysis, and bulk mineral testing. Test reports are issued for the specific sample submitted and relate only to that sample.

2. Sample Submission & Testing

• You are responsible for ensuring that samples submitted are lawfully obtained and accurately described.
• Test results apply only to the sample as received by the laboratory and do not certify the characteristics of any larger lot, consignment, or deposit from which the sample was drawn.
• Turnaround times communicated are estimates and may vary depending on sample type and workload.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, residual sample material may be retained or disposed of by the laboratory after a reasonable period following testing.

3. Test Reports

• Each report is issued with a unique report number that can be used to view or download the report through our website.
• Reports are provided for the use of the client who commissioned the testing. Reproduction of a report other than in full, or use of the report in a misleading manner, is not permitted.
• We are not responsible for decisions (commercial, investment, or otherwise) made on the basis of a test report. Reports state analytical findings only and are not valuations or trading advice.
• Any suspected error in a report must be brought to our notice within a reasonable time of issue so it can be reviewed.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees for testing services are as quoted at the time of sample submission or as per our published rates.
• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before or upon delivery of the test report.
• All applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.

5. Client Portal & Accounts

• Access to reports through the client portal requires the report number and/or login credentials provided to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and report numbers confidential. Anyone in possession of a valid report number may be able to access the corresponding report.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other clients’ reports, or interfere with the operation of the website.

6. Communications & Notifications

By providing your phone number and consenting at the time of sample submission or billing, you agree to receive transactional notifications (such as report-ready alerts and report numbers) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You may opt out of these notifications at any time by contacting us. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Accura Gold or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with recognised analytical methods.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any test is limited to the fee paid for that test.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Accura Gold harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of a test report, or submission of unlawfully obtained or misdescribed samples.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or refuse service, or disable portal access, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or where fees remain unpaid.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
